The SR1000 Metal Insulated Roofing Panel is a high-performance roofing system formed by bonding outer steel sheets with insulation core materials, offering both thermal insulation and waterproofing functions. The core material—rock wool (with PU side sealing) or glass wool (with PU side sealing)—is filled along the panel edges to enhance strength, maintain flatness, and ensure tight joints, while facilitating installation. The tall ridge profile increases load-bearing capacity while guiding water flow. The overlapping and folding design at the female joint provides a tighter fit, prevents edge rusting, and works with waterproof cap accessories to protect against corrosion from screw contact, extend service life, reduce heat loss, and ensure insulation performance. The straightforward joint design makes installation easier and more efficient.
