PVR1000 Photovoltaic Insulated Composite Panel

The PVR1000 Roofing System uses a seamer or seam locker machine to roll and lock adjacent metal roof panels together along their longitudinal edges at 360°, forming a rigid and tightly connected roofing structure. Special non-penetrating conversion fixtures allow for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems, snow guards, or hurricane protection devices without compromising the roof’s integrity or waterproofing.

360° Standing Seam Connection

Adjacent panel edges are vertically rolled by 360° to form an interlocked seam, creating a strong and watertight connection.

Concealed Double-Folded Lock

Edges are double-folded to lock the roof together as a unified whole and the seam is concealed, as a result, the product has good water tightness and wind resistance.

Fast Mechanical Locking

Seams are automatically locked by the machine, so the installation process is easy. Capillary action is avoided by a specially desianed structure and the whole system is perfectly sealed.

High Load Capacity

In addition to reinforced beams on both sides, there are 3 ridges on the sheets to give the roof more load capacity.
