PU-Edge Sealed Rock Wool Panel

Polyurethane rock wool composite panels are a new type of thermal insulation and decorative wall material. With vertical filament rock wool as the core, they are bonded into an integral structure by combining rigid foam polyurethane and rock wool through continuous foaming technology, and are compounded with interface-reinforced coiled materials on both sides in one-time forming.

Eco-friendly: Eco-friendly and carcinogenic substance and formaldehyde free - totally safe for long-term usage.

Thermal insulation: According to test results, for every 1µm reduction in the diameter of glass fibers, the thermal conductivity can decrease by 9.2%. Glass wool typically has a diameter of 5µm for its fibers, which significantly surpasses the national standard requirement of ≤8µm. This leads to a lower thermal conductivity and superior insulation performance.

Structural shock resistance: The long and thin glass fiber has excellent tensile strength and shock resistance.
